AUCTION SALES TERMS AND POLICIES

These policies apply to our online sales of laptops, computer components and accessories through online auction (eBay and others).
 

END OF AUCTION

We will notify you within 1 business day of the close of your auction. The notification will be in the form of an e-mail invoice. The e-mail invoice will include all relevant information required to complete your purchase. Payment must be received within 7 days of auction close. If payment is not received within 7 days, the auction may be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed with eBay. We will combine multiple items into one order to save you money on shipping. Please contact us to let us know you want your items combined into one order.
 
If you fail to receive e-mail notification after the auction close please contact us for assistance. A failed response from us usually means there is an invalid e-mail address, e-mail routing or spam filtering problem. Please include the eBay item number(s) and all relevant information in your e-mail to us.
 
 

SHIPPING

Buyer pays the actual shipping cost by UPSP Priority Mail plus a small packaging fee as listed in the item description. We ship using USPS Priority Mail only unless a different method is indicated in the item description. We ship to APO/FPO addresses and the 50 states of the United States. We carefully package each item using USPS approved packaging materials. You will be notified by e-mail when your item/items have shipped. The e-mail will include your USPS Delivery Confirmation Number. You should receive your order within 3 to 5 business days after we receive your payment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are not insured. We do not offer local pickup for auction items.
 
WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE USA
 
Winners of more than one of our auctions from the same week-ending date can combine their orders to reduce shipping charges. Please contact us to combine your items into one order. If an auction closes on the weekend we will contact you by e-mail on Monday. Our customer service Hours are M-F 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (CST).
 
 

PAYMENT

Payment must be received within 7 days of auction close. If payment is not received within 7 days, the auction may be revoked, a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed with eBay and negative feedback awarded. We no longer accept U.S. domestic money orders, cashiers or personal checks for payment.
 
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit card payments through www.PayPal.com. PayPal.com processes all of our credit card transactions. We will not accept PayPal payments from multiple accounts for a single item. WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL PAYPAL PAYMENTS. We are a PayPal verified small business. Click the "PayPal Verified" button below to open a FREE PayPal account. Please make your PayPal payment to sales@AdvPC.net. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ITEM/ITEMS EBAY NUMBER WITH YOUR PAYMENT.

We no longer accept cash or payment by personal, cashiers or any other type of check. Please pay for your auction purchase using www.PayPal.com. PayPal is fast, easy to use, very secure and best of all it's FREE.
 
 

RETURN POLICY and WARRANTY

1. All sales are final on auction items.
2. If merchandise is defective or damaged we will issue you a replacement.
3. Defective products must be reported within 15 days of delivery.
4. Defective items must be returned to us within 7 days of reported damage.
5. We do not refund shipping or insurance costs.
6. Buyer pays for shipping on all returns.
7. Replacements ship at our cost by USPS Priority Mail.
