Cryptainer LE encrypts any file or folder on any media
on any Windows PC. This free 128-bit file, folder, and disk-encryption software
encrypts and password protects any file or folder. You can encrypt and secure data
on removable drives, flash disks, CD-ROM's or any external drive, including USB
and Pen.

The application creates encrypted vaults within which you can store any kind of data.
The program also lets you create secure e-mail files you can send to anyone. Cryptainer
LE ensures complete security for your data. It creates an encrypted volume that can be
accessed only with your password. Once mounted, the volume behaves as a standard Windows
drive.

Cryptainer LE works on all 32 bit versions of Windows to include Windows 95/98/ME/2000/2003
Server/XP/Vista. It is a FREE application that encrypts the types of computer files,
(documents, spreadsheets, pictures, video, audio) and information most home and
small business users would produce and use. Cryptainer LE uses 128 bit Blowfish
encryption. Blowfish encryption is well tested and considered an industry standard.
Cryptainer LE offers excellent performance and features useful to SOHO (small office,
home office) or home computer users.
Cryptainer LE is fast and easy to use. Cryptainer LE would be an excellent solution
to encrypt routine backups of critical system files,
business and personal data/information. Encrypting your backups
will help prevent unauthorized access to any files/information within the backup.

Cryptainer LE allows you to encrypt and protect up to 25 Megabytes of data,
information, files, within each encrypted vault/volume you create. You can create
as many individual encrypted vaults/volumes as you like. Copy or drag and drop
files and folders into an encrypted vault/volume to protect them. If you need to
create volumes larger than 25 Megabytes you can purchase Cryptainer PE. Cryptainer
PE allows you to create multiple vaults/volumes that will hold up to 25 gigabytes
at one time. Cryptainer PE also uses a stronger 448-bit encryption. Both Cryptainer
LE and PE offer a "Mobile' feature that allows you to take it with you to encrypt
and secure data on removable external drives, CD-ROM's or USB flash/thumb drives.
Cryptainer does not have to be installed on the host (computer you plug your
portable drive into) machine in order to use the mobile feature.

It is not safe to send important personal, private or business information using
e-mail unless the information is encrypted. Most e-mail encryption solutions require
both the sender and recipient to have copies of the software installed on their
computers. Both versions of Cryptainer allow you create secure e-mail files you
can send to anyone. The recipient of the file enters a password to
decrypt/unscramble it. Read my tutorial "Improve E-mail
